I had to explain where most of the lines the good doctor was saying came from to the wee ones. Playing what's my line and what movie am I doing now was a bit of fun. Almost like the Simpsons.

IANO and Cake: I think relying on a VCR to record your programs (as opposed to some sort of DVR, TiVo, etc.) is quaint, too -- Maybe they don't have DVRs in Canada yet? -- but I'll never part with my VCR, seeing as how I'd accumulated over 2000 videotapes before DVD players became affordable.

Catherine Tate scarily reminds me of my mom, also a ginger. If my mom had a biting sense of humor. Should be an interesting season, although I didn't really care for her character as the runaway bride.
