Mom's are the inspiration for invention. ____________
It Mother Necessity, where would we be?
Mother Edison worked late each night. It went well until the fading light. Little Thomas Alva Edison said, "I'll grow up to be A great inventor and I'll make a lamp to help my mommy see, Wowee! What an excellent application of electricity!" He worked hard and pulled the switch. He was smart and very rich.
Mother Necessity, help us to see. ____________
I think I blogged and picked some berries to feed my baby birds. Oh and that work thingie. Nothing half as cool as you. You rock, mama! You could get some Dr. Who dolls. That would be fun.
Tis true. I think there's about 9 or 10 Who figures kicking around the house. Some belong to the kids, and some belong to, um, ah...the cats! That's it! My cats loooooove Doctor Who. Yep. Uh huh. That's the ticket.
Today, I'm bein' thankful for this blog 'cause this post and the comments are making me laugh. Otherwise, I'm wicked tired and crabby and trying to work on two projects that are sassing me and refusing to be written.
Please fashion me a tardis from a onesie, a milk carton, and some sealing wax. Action Figure Shelley Winters and I are gonna run away from home. With our kahlua and slimfast (ooh that stuff be evil).

Out of a shoebox?
Ah, for action figures. Of course.
Can it accomodate a Shelly Winters action figure?

Actually, Dan-El wanted it to use as a garage for his trucks and Thomas trains.
I think we could fit Shelly in the annex we made for the tractor.

Here ya' go Sparkle! I added a Diet Coke can next to the flux capacitor to help with the navigation at no extra charge.
Hope the day gets better. And please find a better mixer for the Kahlua---Slimfast is yuckaboo.
Slimfast is the devil's...something.
Why are any of you drinking SlimFast?! Have you lost your minds?
Honest to god.
*passes out the infrastructure*
I tried it once years ago and it turned my stomach.
I actually bought a second six pack of it after Jak-El was born, thinking I could force myself to drink it and lose the baby weight.
Five years later, I still have some of the baby weight...and the unopened case of SlimFast. Oh, the the baby too.
::takes swig of infrastructure and passes bottle to Sparkle::
It was...oh my goodness...20 years ago now! Yet its wind song remains on my mind.
And yes.
I DO mean "wind song."
'nuff said.
Ooh! And thanks for the infrastructure, Lois!
