Oh Cake, that's great. Thanks. I miss Doctor Who. I have to pony up and buy the DVDs. Am going to be very, very peeved with Sci-Fi if they don't start showing the next series of Who very soon.

I shouldn't have expected you to know the reference, what with being so old and all. So what was it like being a teenager during WWII?

(The Mahna Mahna YouTube cracked me up...I haven't seen that in YEARS! Total flashback.)
One night while I was giving Jak-El a bath (yes, NoOprah, *everything* in my house happens in the bathroom...), I muttered "mahna mahna" under my breath--I have no idea why. Jak-El suddenly responded "doo-doo, de doo-doo!.
I was so proud. :-) I had no idea he even knew the song.
So a young child got the correct response on the first try and the rest of us needed prompting.
Now I'm really embarrassed!
Because of the weight gain?
