Somehow, this line from the story seems very old-fashioned: "There is no telephone listing under his name in the Three Rivers area." Back in the day, I think this would signal that Spencer was a vagrant, a vagabond, a nogoodnik passing through town to pillage its posters. Today, doesn't it just mean that all the kids have cell phones?

Then he must be..... THE CLOWN PRINCE OF CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Michigan.
Constantly.
But not on Wednesdays. That's his day off.
Lois: On Thursdays, does the Clown Prince of Crime start his reign of terror at 12:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.?
Sparkle: OMG! I don't know. Maybe someone should call him.
Ishat: So true. Woof!
I'll call the joker and ask his hours!
What?
You mean the guy in the news story??
