Coffee Talk

I'm on deadline for a newsletter and trying to get a bunch o' stuff done before leaving on vacation, so not a lot of time to blog. Talk amongst yourselves if you like.

Here's a few topics to get you started:

1. What the hell is wrong with the Republicans?

2. What the hell is wrong with the Democrats?

3. What the hell is wrong with Lois?

1. They're just a little confused.

2. They really just want to be Canadian.

3. I've convened a special committee to address this question; stay tuned.

Did anyone else notice that Lois said she was going on vacation?

I wonder if she turned the iron off?

Maybe I'll go over and check....maybe scope out the fridge while I'm there.

I have some crackers so check for some nice cheese.

And maybe see if she's got any wine around, too, while you're at it.

Yup, she's got wine. Lots of scotch.

I'm gonna go look through the drawers in her bedroom. And through those boxes on the shelf in the closet. I'm guessing there is good stuff in there...

Make sure to check behind all the paintings; that's where the safes are always hidden in the movies.

*ahem*

I'm still here people...not leaving for a few days.

One of you better pay for all those pay-per-view movies. And replace the wine.

Ah, whatever. We'll be outta here soon enough. If anyone wants to break in and clean the place while we're away, feel free.

Don't look at me: I only took three of the Burger King toys (I love the Wizard of Fries) and a package of DoubleStuff Oreos.

And there is nothing behind any of these paintings, but do you think this original pen-and-ink of The Mighty Thor standing in the middle of the Ted Williams Tunnel is going to be worth anything someday?

As for pay-per-view movies ... who the hell wants to watch "Finding Nemo" and "Waterworld" 15 times each, like that invoice says?

Hey, waitaminute...
