I've had damn Arlo Guthrie in my head since I played this song at around 1:30 this afternoon.

::waves fist at Lois::

(I should've left in my typo...it had me waving a "fish," ha!)

Happy Thanksgiving!

If you've had Arlo in your head since you played this song at 1:30, well, that's barely one run-through.

HAPPY LEFTOVERS DAY!

Turkey tacos
Turkey surprise
Surprise turkey tacos
Turkey a la turkey
Clam fritters except with turkey
Deep dish hot apple pie, with infinitesimal bits of turkey woven into the crust
Turkey dip with turkey chips
Why is all the stuffing gone?

Ha! We actually had clam fritters/cakes today.

They really weren't that good. A little turkey might have helped.

Oh, and for anyone who cares, last night I for the first time ever I cooked a turkey. It came out quite well, even though I didn't wrap it in bacon or stuff it with popcorn brownies.

WAAAH! No popcorn brownie stuffing! But, AH! Could I please have the popcorn brownies with which you did not stuff the bird? CONGRATS on successful turkeyage.

Sparkle: Am sending you the imaginary popcorn brownies I did not stuff in the turkey to you, via imaginary carrier raccoon.

Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery, as imaginary carrier raccoons tend to be awfully slow. And they tend to eat their parcels, so I'd definitely have a snack while I was waiting, if I were you.
