Dear Ms. Lane,

I would very much like to rent the space that you have for hire at the top of your blog.

Can you tell me how much it costs?

Thanking you in advance for your reply.

Sincerely,
Sparkle

Dear Ms. Sparkle:

Thank you for your interest in our available real estate.

The current rate is David Tennant's home phone number and a box of Yodels.

Of course, everything is negotiable.

Yours truly,
Lois

Okay, I just watched the video and...where on EARTH did you find that!? I'm stuck somewhere between laughter and fear...send help!

Laughter...slowly winning out...must watch again...

Dear Ms. Lois,

DANG! Why must real estate be so all-fired expensive? All I have is a Little Debbie product and Christopher Eccleston's digits.

re: the peppa biscuits...I think they are wicked tasty. Stop 'n Shop sells 'em--but only in Rhode Island. I'm eatin' Catanzaro's pepper biscuits outtta Pawtucket.
http://www.catanzarofoodproducts.com/category/ They're more expensive on the Web site. :-(

Great with hummus, cheese, olives. Man. I'm really craving cheese and olives today.

Hugs,
Sparkle

Sold! The space isyours...what do you want it to say? Oh, and ignore the leaky roof and the crumbling foundation. They're part of its "rustic charm."

Will search for pepper biscuits next time I'm in RI...are they in the cookie/cracker or bread aisle? Or somewhere else entirely? (The Pepper Biscuits aisle, perhaps?)

I put these videos on at home last night and Mr. Cake didn't bat an eye.

I nearly cried from laughing.

I suspect he was thinking of leaving me outside in a snowbank for someone else to find...
